We represent Baptist community service organisations and their clients in the national policy debate. Read our past submissions here.

Baptist Care Australia works to bring equality and opportunity to Australian communities, advocating nationally on social issues such as homelessness, aged care and domestic violence.

We represent Baptist community service organisations and their clients in the national policy debate. A core principle in our work is to make sure that the interests and voices of marginalised people are heard when decisions are made that affect them. Our vision is a nation of hope-filled, purposeful people, building communities where every voice is heard. Our advocacy work seeks to help realise this aspiration.

You can find out more about what we do in our work, or read our latest annual report.

  • We're the peak body representing Baptist charities in Australia

  • We engage in research and policy analysis to inform sector advocacy

  • We support our member organisations in aged care, housing, homelessness, domestic violence, and more

Acknowledgement of Country

Baptist Care Australia recognises First Nations Peoples and their connections to the lands, waters, seas, skies, and communities in which we work and serve our communities. We acknowledge First Nations Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the oldest living culture and pay respects to their Elders past and present.
